The free check tells you what's coming up. Kit & Ledger keeps watching it for you.
Three short steps. Here's what it looks like.
Live data straight from Companies House. No manual entry.
Only what Companies House can't already tell us.
See what's due now, then let Kit & Ledger monitor your deadlines and changes for you.
Whichever of these apply to your company.
Different deadlines work in different ways. Kit & Ledger works out which ones apply to your business, keeps the dates together, and reminds you before they're due.
Set it up once, then use Manage your account whenever you need to update your details or subscription. Kit & Ledger monitors your deadlines and emails you when something needs your attention.
Your deadlines are based on official records and the information you give us — not generic AI-generated guidance. Kit & Ledger is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by HMRC, Companies House or the UK Government.
Simple setup, clear deadlines and fewer things to keep in your head.

Keep on top of your business deadlines for £39/year.
What people usually want to know before signing up.
For most deadlines we can monitor, we email you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before they are due. Short-cycle deadlines use a shorter schedule suited to the time available. If you activate close to a deadline, you’ll receive whichever reminders are still ahead. Reminders go to the email address you used when you activated Kit & Ledger. You can change it at any time in Manage your account.
Directly from your live Companies House record, plus a few quick questions we ask you about VAT, payroll and pensions. Those are things Companies House doesn't hold.
Confirmation statements, annual accounts, Corporation Tax, VAT returns, PAYE and payroll reporting, and workplace pension duties, whichever of these actually apply to your company.
You can update your business details at any time through Manage your account. If something changes, such as your trading status or VAT position, update it there and Kit & Ledger will review which deadlines apply to your company.
We re-check your company's record regularly. If a deadline moves, your calendar updates automatically and we tell you what changed and why.
You could do either. Your accountant is exactly who you should talk to for advice on what to do, and yes, you can put dates in a calendar yourself. Kit & Ledger is the bit that keeps happening automatically: checking your record, catching changes, and telling you before something's due, so it's one less recurring job on your list.
Yes. Open Manage your account and use the subscription-management option to cancel. Your service will remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
We use your data to provide and operate the service, process your subscription, monitor your deadlines and send relevant communications. We don't sell your personal data. See our Privacy Notice for full details.
You can cancel at any time and it takes effect at the end of your current billing period — see "Can I cancel anytime?" above. Because Kit & Ledger is a business-to-business service, the consumer cooling-off right doesn't apply, and fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable; we don't offer automatic or pro-rata refunds for cancelling partway through a period. We may agree a refund in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion. Full detail is in our Terms of Service.
